Philadelphia: J. B. Lippincott Company, 1964. First edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. SIGNED. 313pp. Octavo [23.5cm]. Bound in brown cloth, with title stamped in gilt on spine and front board. Additional black ink stamped decoration on spine. Publisher's orange topstain. Bit of rubbing to extremities; spine ends lightly bumped. In a mildly rubbed dust jacket, with a handful of short, closed tears along top edge, and one 7cm closed tear on rear panel that has been backed with tape. Signed and inscribed by the author.
