New York: The National Audubon Society, 1953. First Edition. Printed by the Anthoensen Press of Portland, ME. 39[3] pp. Fine green hardcover with tattered glassine wrapper present. Bingham died of a heart attack in 1952. Introduced by his wife Millicent Todd Bingham, whose mother, Mabel Loomis Todd, was the first editor of the poems and letters of Emily Dickinson in the 1890s.
