Inscribed on 1st blank pg 'Xmas 1907. From Lillie'. Hardback cover has darkened liquid staining on front. Backstrip/spine is worn away but book is intact and pgs inside in fair to good condition. Colors bright, gilt shiny. Nice gift for new home-owners, especially if house dates ca. 1907.. Hardcover. 2. Book.
