First edition, good hardcover (no dust jacket) shows mild fade to lettering along spine, light soil to covers and page edges, paint spotting to lower areas of covers and spine, rubbing at cover edges and bumping to corners, tearing along rear inner hinge, bit of paint spotting at bottom edge of rear pastedown, mild spine lean and some other light trace wear. 320 pages. Solid copy of this novel from the early 20th century American author and social reformer.
