A beautiful book production which tells the story of daily domestic life in the American family between the lat colonial period and the end of the 19th century. Using the window of the art of the period and the frame of the rooms of the bourgeois house, (dining room, parlor, bedroom, etc.) the authors analyse and illustrated what actual daily life was like in the period.
