A very nice copy of this edition with five raised bands along spine and all edges gilt. Owner's inscription dated 1888. Some shelfwear to covers and along joints. Some minor foxing to pages (a little heavier on outer pages). Otherwise, text clean and binding solid. [Montreal Books rating system: 1. Fine 2. Near Fine 3. Very Good 4. Good 5. Fair.].
