Near fine condition with very light foxing to the title page and second blank. The dust jacket is in very good condition with edge wear, 2 closed tears bottom edge front panel, 2 closed tears top edge rear panel, and 3 chips to the lower edge rear panel. The dust jacket is protected by an adjustable mylar cover. An 8 and 1/2 by 11 inch, 151 pages plus large fold plate at the rear of the book.
