First edition. This is a lovely example of this work bound in a decorative cloth binding, offering an insight into the county of Holland in the early 20th century. Illustrated by Nico Jungman, the Dutch artist, with a total of 76 colour plates throughout. Collated complete. These illustrations are accompanied with text by his then wife, Beatrix Jungman. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally smart with light bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Light offsetting to the front and rear endpapers. Internally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Very Good Indeed
