Auburn, Maine: Press of Merrill & Webber Co., 1925 Map tipped in at front endpaper is in fine condition. Boards and spine have a couple spots of white paint. Rear hinge paper is cracked and webbing showing, about 1/3 of webbing is torn, remainder is holding. Front hinge is very good, no problems. Text clean, binding sound. Many B&W pictures of early buildings and residents of Winthrop, Maine.
