Also signed by Kramer to limitations page, limited first edition, 1500 copies. Orig. green cloth. xxii, 379 pp. Numerous B&W illustrations. Chafing to extremities, damp staining to spine head, spine sunned and scuffed. Marginal damp stain to folding table with long tear to fold, a few other small damp stains.
