Binding By Hayday In Full Calf, Five Bands, Red And Black Morocco Spine Labels, Spine Ornately Gilt, Covers With Blind Stamped Rules With Tooled Embellishments At Corners, All Edges Ornately Gilt. Bindings With Light Rubbing, Hinges Strong, Some Rubbing At Edges, Fraying To Foot Of Spine Of Volume I. Pages Are Clean And Entirely Square And Unworn, Edges Of Page Block With Original Red Color, Polished And Retaining Original Shine, A Little Foxing To Most Title Pages. Small Antique Engraved Bookplates, Unsigned, Elaborate Initials (Eab?), Motto "Otium Sine Literis Mors Est".
