Cambridge: at the University Press. Very Good in Fair dust jacket. 1920. First Edition. Hardcover. [2], x, 356 p. 25 cm. Sound and square binding in green, cloth-covered boards, gilt stamped titles. A few flaws in the bookcloth, with one being the full length. Corners lightly bumped. Light wear and scratches. Dustjacket has large pieces missing, one affecting the title. Folds have several holes. Spine and front panel are speckled with moisture spots. Overall age tanned and fragile. An account of the beginnings of Canadian postal service. Includes three portrait black and white plates. A scarce first printing, especially with the jacket. .
