Pages are moderately tanned with noticeable foxing throughout. Cracks to hinges, exposing netting. Front free endpaper and frontispiece are detached. Plates are moderately tanned with some foxing. Thumb-marking present throughout. Pencil inscription to front endpaper. Boards have visible edge wear with corner bumping. Moderate tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is darkened. Fraying with splits to spine edges. Water marks overall. Book has a slight forward lean.
