London: Longmans Green & Co, 1864 Quarter bound in calf with raised bands on spine and red title plate. Top quarter inch of spine has tear. Bottom third of spine has piece missing. Otherwise marbled boards and calf corners are tidy. Slight crack in front hinge though stability of binding is not affected. Previous owner's name and date (1864) on FFE. Light foxing to prelims but rest of contents are clean and flat.
