Chicago, IL & New York, NY: Lewis Publishing Co. Good. 1912. Hardcover. 433 pp; Leather boards have a black book cover over them, with pastedowns over the cover on the inside boards. Cover has several holes cut in the spine so you can see the original title on the spine, which is chipped and deteriorating. Top corner of front endpage is torn out, also top corner of front pastedown is missing. Previous owner's address label on front endpage. Second endpage has toning from old tape, some light toning throughout. Front inner hinge is cracked but binding is secure. Still a great book with marbled page edges, decorative endpapers, and a clean tight and unmarked text.
