Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1945. xi, 214 pages. Blue cloth binding. Coolisge traces the development of the Greeks' interest in this subject and renewed interest beginning in the seventeenth century. The book is clean and tight, with some wear at corners of covers; spine is slightly faded along with sone color leaching; previous owner's embossed address on front free endpaper; pages very lightly toned. Nicer than it sounds and still a very good copy of this scarce work.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Dust Jacket, as Issued. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Book.
