Hardcover, no dustjacket, bound in recent red cloth, does not include the unbound map, the text is in pristine condition which leads is to believe it is a reprint but there is no mention of this, regardless, the quality of the text and illustrations is excellent, we collated this copy and and all pages and illustrations are present, there is one discrepancy: the plan of the lots in Penacook is located on page 124 but the contents page states page 121, no significant flaws to this copy; 786 pages .
