Folding coloured map at front (10" x 9"), eight engraved plates, several smaller engravings set in text and nice tail pieces. No prelims before frontis, apart from new endpapers. Two small closed tears to frontis, three contents pages following frontis have chips at bottom margin: no text affected. Otherwise VG for date. . Very Good. Hardcover. Reprint. 1809.

Boards slightly rippled down spine, else bright, strong and clean. Internally pages dust-soiled at edges and slightly worn, with some rusting and faint, scattered spotting.
