London, United Kingdom: The Athlone Press, 1963. Seventeenth Edition, Ex-Library Reference. Hardcover. Good Plus, in Very Good, but torn DJ. Black boards with gilt lettering on the spine. Ex-library reference with the usual stamps from the library. There are also stamps on the page edges. 652 illustrations. The second free page has a four inch tear extending from the page bottom upward. The DJ has two half-inch tears and is covered in mylar. A well used book! 1366 pages which includes an index.
