Spine in 6 sections separated by gilt rules. 8vo, 375,(2)pp . Top spine panel: "ROBERTSON'S WORKS", 2nd :"ANCIENT INDIA". Two maps which unfold in both directions. No fold line tears BUT: pin hole in one of the fold line intersections, a few incorrect fold lines and both are lightly foxed. First map with a 1" tear at inner most fold. Tight text block. Most pages lightly aged or few foxed spots. Covers quite worn. All edges worn thru to underlying cardboard. Spine worn, gilt lettering faded. Upper 2/3 of upper board split. .
