Included is a cloth folder stuffed with laminated maps galore, also nearly As New condition. 289 pp., with color map endpapers. Gilt titling to spine, and book and slipcase and folder covers. Stated Revised Edition from the original 1988 First Edition.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
