Bibliography, Chronology, and Index. First chapter underlined in red. Whole book lightly wrinkled, but dry and lacking odour. Large map attached to back cover is very good. Laid in is news clipping about a 10-year-old boy who found a Hellenistic mosaic in 1996. 495 pp..
