Paris, chez Paulin, libraire-éditeur, 6, rue de S, 1771. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1771. New Edition. Unpaginated. Brown leather boards with gilt lettering to spine. Black and white illustrative plates throughout. In French. Binding remains firm. Crinkling to gutters. Hinges are cracked with netting exposed. Pages are moderately tanned throughout. Water staining to couple of pages. Boards have heavy edge wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Tanning to spine and edges. Lettering has almost completely been stripped off. Splits to spine joints. Surface damage to front board.
