A guide to correct writing showing how to express written thought plainly, rapidly, elegantly and correctly. Embracing instruction and examples in penmanship, spelling, use of capital letters, punctuation, composition, writing for the press, etc. 24th Edition. Brown leather with gilt decorations. Bottom of spine is chipped and front board is loose at bottom of spine. Both front and back covers have been elegantly re-attached. Some chipping along edges of covers. Top and bottom are gilt edged. Interior is clean and tight. "Mrs. George A. Puffen" is engraved in gilt on back cover.
