A very good copy, bound in eighteenth century inlaid calf, re-spined. This is a clean and crisp copy of the original work. 115pp, retains original endpapers, Name neatly of a previous early owner " Alice Clarke" to fep and again a neat early signature to head of title page " Ellen Ferrier". Robert Boyle (1627-1691), in this significant work, published in his lifetime, expounds the virtues of God and claims the size of the actual universe is so great that distant regions of space might have other areas, the size of our observable universe, that contain different planets and creatures, and even might have different laws of nature..
