About This Item

Thousand Oaks: SAGE Publications, 1998. Paperback. xxii, 289p., softbound in glossy white and red wraps, 9x6 inches; upper corner-tip has a small bump lightly affecting the first forty pages, but other than that a nice copy: sound, clean, unmarked. Drugs, Health, and Social Policy Series, volume 6. Professor Inciardi has filled numerous posts in drug, alcohol, and --wooden you know it-- AIDS studies. He has "extensive law enforcement experience." At this writing he's with University of Delaware, the DuPont state. He has some useful takes on our situation without being the crusader sort of social engineer, but rather a mechanic. This is a textbook.
