Fontainebleau: L'Imprimerie Gosswiller, 1961. Book. Illus. by Virgil Burnett. Very Good. Loose Folded Sheets in Folder. First Edition. 100 copies (this one unnumbered) set & printed by hand on BFK Rives paper with the fine burin engravings printed by Burnett himself. This book; their first collaboration, is dedicated to Maurice Darantiere the master printer & publisher who first exhibited Burnett's drawings in Paris. Some moderate foxing to lightly soiled folder as well as throughout though the glassine protected engravings themselves are unaffected. No slipcase..
