Alfred A Knopf, New York, 1964. First edition. Good condition. 1964. DJ has shelf-wear and some tearing but has since been encased in mylar for protection. Bound in red cloth boards with titles present to the spine. Front end paper has a stain on it and the rear end paper has writing on it. The interior pages are clean and unmarked, and are tight to the spine. Binding is tight and solid. 484 pages .
