1800. Etching on cream laid paper, 4 x 4 3/4 inches (100 x 120 mm) narrow margins. In very good condition with a number of inscriptions in pencil on the verso. Also on the verso there is an unidentified circular collector's stamp in black ink bearing the initials YVB, or LVB (not in Lugt). A copy printed later, evidenced by the lack of the artist's initials which would have appeared in the upper-left image area. A fine 19th century impression.
