Toronto: Van Nostrand Reinhold Company, 1978. Limited Edition. This book is number 345/400. Bound by hand using Canadian cowhide with an Oasis finish. The endpapers specially prepared by the silkscreen method and show a motif derived from traditional nineteenth century designs. SIGNED by author. Beautifully illustrated. 548 pages in excellent condition. Previous owner has used his book stamp on the title page. Comes in an illustrated slipcase, which is also in fine condition. A beautiful book. FINE/FINE. Signed by Author. Hard Cover. Fine/Fine. 9 1/2 x 12 1/2.
