Jacket has a little wear at corners and spine ends and lamination has begub to pucker a bit in places. Very Good Minus or BETTER. Intro by Vincent Price. Full of beautiful illustrations of early American houses, inside and out. Some color photos. Most are along the east coast, but there are others in the old South and the west and midwest, as well. 298pp.. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. Not Signed. First Edition. Cloth. Very Good/Very Good Minus.
