Solid and VG in its white wrappers, with clean, solid pictorial dustjacket affixed at the spine. 12mo, 31 pgs. Searing indictment of the cruelty inflicted on performing animals, specifically circus animals. An early example of "humane" literature, which would come to embody movements such as SPCA and PETA.
