First edition first printing of second novel in the Dave Robicheaux series. Made into the 1996 movie starring Alec Baldwin as Dave Robicheaux. SIGNED by Alec Baldwin on the title page at the 2023 Steel City Con in Monroe Pittsburgh. I will include the e-ticket and the floor plan from the event plus a wrist band. Faint rubbing to the surface of the dustjacket. In fine / near fine condition.
Synopsis
Heaven's Prisoners, #2 in the Dave Robicheaux series Vietnam vet Dave Robicheaux has quit the police force, quit drinking, and quit New Orleans to run a bait and tackle shop in his quiet bayou hometown of New Iberia, Louisiana. He and his wife witness a plane crash in the Gulf while fishing, and save a young girl from the wreckage. With her comes a mystery and nothing but trouble for Robicheaux.
