In publisher pictorial board with dust jacket. Light toning to the extremities; contents clean; jacket has tape reinforcement to verso at the head and tail of the spine--this tape has faintly toned the binding; spine of the jacket is bit toned and rubbed, particularly at the tail of the spine. First book by this important American poet and significant figure in the San Francisco poetry scene. Scarce, particularly in this condition and with the dust jacket.

With Drawings by Mary Fabilli. Author's first book. Fellow poet, Victor Di Suvero's copy with his signature of ffep. Di Suvero was once the editior of UC Berkeley's literary magazine, The Occident. Pictorial paper cover over boards is darkened at edges and spine. Rubbing to spine top and corners. In pictorial blue paper dust jacket that has several tears to top edge and corners; minor fading to spine and edges. Lovely production, clean interior.
