First edition 163pp very good+ in leather wraps w. maroon cloth paste-downs and blind stamped front board (light rubbing, sl cocked, sl sunned spine w. wear to head and foot, tipped in frontis. and plate illust., owners neat inscription at half title page, v small scuff to rear free endpaper and fly leaf). Text crisp and clean in this book which was handprinted by Hubbard himself.
