This was originally published in Big Scream. Cover illustration by Bill Hamper (aka Billy Childish). Closed, this measures 8.5in tall x 5.5in wide. Opens to full 11in wide. This special edition was done with permission of Linda Lee Bukowski and Ecco/HarperCollins. Design and letterpress by Johnny Brewton of the legendary X-Ray Book Company, famous for his gathering and offering of rare and limited pieces of conceptual art. This copy is new and unread.
