'Hawksmoor' is a novel telling parallel stories of Nicholas Dyer, a builder of seven churches in eighteenth century London for which he needs human sacrifice, and Nicholas Hawksmoor, and 1980s detective. Written by Peter Ackroyd, an English biographer who is known for his interest in the history and culture of London. In the original publisher's paper wraps, in the original unclipped dustwrapper. Wraps with only a couple of light marks and spots. Dustwrapper with some light edgewear and a few light marks. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Very Good Indeed
