The author travels to Hawaii to find out what traces of Polynesian culture, brought by the Tahitians many centuries before, had survived. 190 pages with illustrations on 13 pages and endpaper map. Book in very good condition with some tanning and minor foxing to top edges. Dust jacket in good condition with one 5cm tear front top right and two smaller tears front bottom (see photo), knocks and tears to spine, two small tear on back and knocks to corners.
