About This Item
(London: The Hogarth Press: 1943) First Edition. Cloth (that is, hard covers) pp. 124. First Edition. A gift inscription, written on a piece of lined paper, has been pasted on front free endpaper. A small patch of fading to the head of the spine were the jacket is chipped; an about fine copy in dust-jacket (by Vanessa Bell) whose spine is mildly sunned and has a few light stains; the spine of the jacket is chipped at its head, with loss of half of the letter 'A' in the title, and also at the foot but without impinging on the print there; there are neat repairs to the blind side; otherwise the jacket is very good.
