New York: Harper and Brothers. Hardcover. Very Good. New York: Very Good. 26 weekly issues bound as one. November 1, 1881 through Aprtil 25 1882. Each issue is 16 pages, a total of 416 pages. Illustrated stories, games, rhymes, etc. Previous owner's name inside front cover, otherwise unmarked. There is a crack in the gutter between pages two and three but the binding is firm. Front and back hinges have been reinforced with cloth library tape. Pebbled brown boards with leather corners and spine. The cracked spine leather has been covered with black cloth tape. Tthe original gold lettering is showing, but chipped, wear on corners.. Interior pages are clear.
