About This Item
New York: Random House, 1947. First edition. First edition. A fine book in a nearly fine dust jacket. A bit of darkening to the jacket spine and to the top edges of jacket flaps. A bright and lovely copy. This is Schulberg's indictment of the fight racket, later made into film that starred Humphrey Bogart and Rod Steiger.
