About This Item
New York: The Book League of America, 1939. Hard Back. Very Good. 6" X 8. 310 Pages in Forty-four chapters. Burgundy cloth. Spine is lightly faded but the gold lettering and decoration is still plain. Endpapers exhibit some age tanning. Owner's label on front endpaper with name blacked out. No other marks or stamps. I can find no fault with the interior except perhaps some pages very slightly, barely noticeable age tanning at top borders. Top page edges are burgundy. From 1910 through 1952 Farnol, a British author authored over 40 published works, mostly romantic adventure stories. His last book, Justice by Midnight, was finished by his second wife and published in 1956. Farnol has a very devoted following and there is much information about his books on various websites.
