New York: Harper & Brothers, 1914. Hardcover. Good. Louis Read. Copyright page dated 1914 with "M-W" code. Tight binding. No chips, tears, creases on pages. Illustration of a fairy appears on paste-down on front coverboard and on the frontis. A couple of areas of surface wear on paste-down illustration. Frontis is partially detached. Previous owner's name on front free endpaper. A beautiful illustration of a female archer is on a bookplate along with previous owner's name. Cloth on spine is missing a piece at top and has a few small tears. Bottom front corner bumped. Some spotting and thumb prints on pages. Size: Sm 4to (7.5" to 8"). 442 pp.
