A fairly bright copy; very subtle moisture exposure to the bottom edge of the front board, quite minor; a very presentable copy; hinges are a trifle loose; contemporary owner names on the front free endpaper; a few pages with pencil marginalia, otherwise clean. Uncommon county history in this the first edition privately published by the author.
