Heavy rubbing, staining and fading to boards. 1/2" chips to cloth at corners of boards. 1/4" chips to cloth at ends of spine. Gutters broken at endpapers. Binding shaky. A rough, used copy.; No date (title page missing), [c. 1880's]. Red cloth boards with decoration in black and gilt. Page dimensions: 186 x 122mm. 7 [of 8?] colour lithographed plates. The plates are numbered from I to VII, but are bound in a different order. Last text leaf has "William Collins and Company, Printers, Glasgow".; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
