Good Condition/No Dust Jacket. yellow end-papers; pebbled cloth covers with blind-stamped borders & decoration front & rear; Introductory pages describe how to use the book; administration of the medicines; repetition of the dose; diet & regimen & evidences of disease, followed by a list of the medicines prescribed in the book. There are then two alphabetically arranged section the first giving the properties of the medicines & their uses, the second listing diseases, symptoms & morbid conditions with recommendations for their treatment. Contemporary (Victorian) pictorial label advertising a Homoeopathic Chemist glued inside front cover; 2-page publisher's list of homoepathic books at rear. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. 184 pages. Slight foxing front/rear pages, but body of book mostly clean and unfoxed. Previous owner's signature in ink (small) to fep.. Gilt titles front cover. light wear to front & rear covers; pages 65-80 are slightly loose but only at the top edge of binding. brown cloth.
