Blue simulated leather with title in Gilt on cover and spine. There is some light foxing the the first few pages. Glossy stock. Profusely illustrated with b/w vintage photographs and portraits. The endpapers are pictorial maps of Fort Monroe and steam vessals in the 19th century..
