London, B.T. Batsford, (1937) 1st ed.. Paperback, Ringbound. 9 x 7 inches. B&W photo illustrated covers. White ring binding, lettered in gilt on edge. In good condition. Cover with some minor handling marks, fading to spine edge on front. Small loss head of ring binding head. Some mild foxing to page edges, page 59 has small blue ink mark on margin, else inside pages all clean and tight. Maps clean and bright. 64pp + Index. With many B&W illustrations and photo plates. Scarce - Batsford took over the Shell guides from the Architectural Press in 1937.

The village has a by-pass now which means there is easy access to the village and ample space for parking. Our shop is directly on the main road through the village.
