(Amsterdam: Van Holkema & Warendorf, no date). Number 291 of an edition limited to 350 numbered copies. Plates after paintings by W. G. Simmonds tipped in. Large 4to; coarse light brown cloth, with lettering in dark brown, and pictorial onlay to upper cover; pp. (iv) + 128. Cloth somewhat worn to extremities, with some soiling; foxed throughout. Good condition. Limited edition Dutch translation, with the vivid Simmonds illustrations from the English Hodder & Stoughton edition of 1911. .
