1827. [EHON] Shikatsubeno Magao, et al. HAIKAIKA MITSUDOMOE. 23.3 x 17.1 cm. Backed orihon album format. Original covers and title label. Privately printed, the preface is dated Bunsei 10 [1827] The artist who designed the three color prints is Takashima Chiharu, known for his artistic contributions to kyo^kabon and haikai works such as this one. The printing quaility is excellent. An interesting example of the genre, following in the format of earlier works. Very unusual to find such an ephemeral production. Enclosed in a custom clasped chitsu case.
